Spending Time in Nature could Improve Your Health

Recently published research findings confirm what is known to our elders for generations. The research involved data from over 290 million people from 20 countries. It claims that living close to nature and spending time outside may reduce the risk of type-2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, premature death, preterm birth and stress. As per the findings of the study, populations with higher levels of green-space exposure are more likely to report good overall health.
