A 63-year-old retired banker mortgaged his house to buy a three-acre of land and turned it into a fertile organic farm after a few years of struggle. Now his Arivu Thottam (Knowledge farm) has become a resource repository and farmers and students from various parts of Tamil Nadu visit the farm to learn his techniques.
