UP Government to introduce Organic Farming in 27 districts in order to provide incentives to farmers

The Government is gearing up to make Uttar Pradesh an organic farming hub in the nation with CM Yogi Adityanath getting ready to start organic farming across villages situated along the banks of River Ganga. Cluster farming is being introduced at first in order to manage the farming in a more planned way and for better checking of the same. The public authority will likewise give a grant of rupees 10 lakh for every bunch estimating 50 acres of land in the following three years to inspire farmers. Of the aggregate sum, rupees 3,30,000 will be payable twice in the first and third year. In the mediating year, grants worth rupees 3,40,000 will be disbursed.
